Refund and Cancellation Policy

At VCloud Soft Technologies, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a cancellation or refund. Please review our refund and cancellation policy, which is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all Razorpay transactions.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for services purchased via Razorpay, as outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are available if the service has not been delivered or initiated.
    • If the service has been partially delivered (e.g., website development or marketing campaigns), a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@vcloudsoftech.com. Include:
      • The Razorpay transaction ID
      • The reason for your refund request
      • Any supporting documents (if applicable)
    • Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  3. Refund Conditions:

    • Website Development: You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no additional services (such as e-commerce integration or marketing) have been utilized.
    • Digital Marketing and E-commerce Services: Refunds will be prorated based on the work already completed. If the service has already been initiated (e.g., marketing campaigns or e-commerce setup), a refund will not be issued beyond the agreed timeframe (usually 30 days).
    • Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative, setup, or integration fees are non-refundable once the work is initiated.
  4. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used via Razorpay (e.g., credit card, Razorpay wallet, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service purchased via Razorpay, please note the following:

  1. Cancellation Before Service Initiation:

    • You may cancel any service before work begins and receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellation After Service Initiation:

    • If the service has been partially rendered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the work completed.
  3. Service-Specific Cancellations:

    • Website Development: If no work has been started, you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund. If work has started, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress made.
    • Digital Marketing & E-commerce Solutions: Cancellations can be made within 30 days. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
  4. Subscription Services:

    • For subscription-based services, you can cancel before the next billing cycle. If canceled before renewal, no further charges will be applied.

Chargebacks and Disputes

In case of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated via Razorpay, we will cooperate with Razorpay to resolve the issue. However, please note that completed services are not eligible for chargeback claims or refunds.

Final Decision

VCloud Soft Technologies reserves the right to evaluate all refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. We aim to provide fair and transparent resolutions to our customers.
